Conor McGregor

There are times McGregor is on intermittent fasting but still goes through harsh training. He mixes up his exercises by doing dynamic stretching and flexibility, static, and boxing training.

Francis Ngannou

Ngannou works out at UFC Performance Institute were he uses cryosaunas, underwater treadmills, and altitude chambers. His workouts include sparring, pad work, boxing, agility, weight training, etc.

Jon Jones

Jones uses special equipment such as a VertiMax and a Tread Sled that allow him to mimic a real fight. His weekly routine also includes Shadow Boxing, Abs Drills and Compound Exercises.

Israel Adesanya

Adesanya's workout routine includes a mix of all the things that he does like punching, adding kickboxing a lot and other things as well such as wrestling.

Amanda Nunes

Nunes works out for 5 days a week and trains for about 6 hours a day sometimes more. Her training includes cardio, weight training, MMA sparring, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and all other stuff.
