Bubba Wallace is one of the most popular personalities in the NASCAR world. The 23XI Racing driver got married to long-time girlfriend Amanda Carter last December. But recently Bubba Wallace confessed a thing that went wrong post-wedding.
“We gave ourselves twelve days in Bora Bora on our honeymoon to totally get away and relax. We realized after we got back, that that was a little too long. I think we’re good enough for nine days of being away from home, being away from our dog.”
“But we were able to just disconnect and enjoy time together, because right after that, it was media, press and now we’re here in Daytona, so it’s been a pretty busy off-season.”
Wallace and Amanda celebrated their wedding with more than 250 guests attending the event. Yet, the former Richard Petty Motorsports driver felt they could have done by, by promoting their wedding in a diluted fashion. On this, he told Fox Sports, “I question why we did it.”
