Bubba has performed very well in his short career in NASCAR. While he is yet to grab a major trophy or race win, his talent hasn’t gone unnoticed. He has broken many barriers and ceilings in his short yet eventful career, and his work has received the Dale Earnhardt Jr seal of approval.
What has captured the most attention about him has been his support for social causes. Dale Jr commented about the same and said, "He’s making his voice heard and he’s saying a lot of powerful things. I’m so grateful for Bubba because without him we might not have that leadership"
To be the sole torchbearer for the African-American voice is a heavy load for the 29-year-old to carry. Support for him from the organization as well as other teams is imperative and necessary.
