In a thrilling turn of events at the Texas Motor Speedway, Hendrick Motorsports' #24 car took the lead, leaving Michael Jordan's champion, Bubba Wallace, in its dust. The intense finale of the Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 400 saw William Byron clinch a landmark 300th victory for HMS.

While the Hendrick camp was basking in Byron's triumph, others were not so fortunate. Michael Jordan, owner of Wallace's 23XI Racing car, had to taste defeat as Rick celebrated his team's milestone.

Bubba led a significant portion of the race and seemed on the verge of victory. However, racing is as unpredictable as Texas weather. After the race, a disappointed Wallace said, "I should have kept my line in the three and forced William (Byron) to get tight... I choked!"

The Final Standings

A multi-car crash, including the Texas champ Tyler Reddick, reshuffled the order and set the stage for Byron's dramatic comeback. Wallace finished third, just shy of a podium finish, but secured ninth in the standings.
