In NASCAR, having a race on Easter Sunday is something that hasn't happened in quite some time. But it's happening now, and you can bet that not many in the NASCAR world, including Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr., are happy about it.
In a recent episode of the Door Bumper Clear podcast, Dale Earnhardt Jr gave his views about how NASCAR drivers deserve an off on Easter to celebrate the festival with their families.
The NASCAR Hall of Famer went on to say that it is NASCAR's fault that they are in a situation where they must listen to television networks and cave to their demands. NASCAR accepted a big check from these networks so in turn have to follow their timings.
