A lot is expected from Bubba Wallace given his capabilities. The 23XI Racing driver has the potential to be one of the best drivers this season. Unfortunately, things haven’t quite gone well so far this year.
The 29-year-old started the race with high hopes of making it count. Little did he know how the overheating of his car’s engine would hamper his chances of even finishing the race.
Luckily for the #23 driver, the fans showered their love and support on social media to cheer him up.
The Daytona 500 this year saw Martin Truex Jr, Bubba Wallace, and Denny Hamlin involved in an on-track incident. While many blamed Wallace for it, some even went overboard to call him worse than Danica Patrick. Later on, it was discovered that the 23XI Racing driver had no role in creating the chaos.
