Finally, after all the wait, there have been rumblings about a contract extension being worked upon for the Hendrick Motorsports driver, Alex Bowman.
Bowman has been pretty good with HMS these past few years. Moreover, he has also been consistent with his results getting into the playoffs back-to-back for the last 5 seasons.
“I am encouraged on where things are. Both sides are working on it. Hopefully, we can put something together.”
Surely, it wasn’t the majority that took a negative approach toward Bowman. But there were a few who did not consider this extension to be fruitful.
