Kyle Larson, the 2021 Cup Series champion, also won the High Limit Sprint Car Racing Series, a competition he launched earlier this year. However, instead of praise, he received criticism from fans who compared him to Tony Stewart, another NASCAR star who won his own racing series.

Larson's love for sprint car racing

Kyle Larson is a fan of dirt and sprint car racing. He even negotiated with his team owner, Rick Hendrick, to allow him to race in different formats. He started the High Limit series to promote sprint car racing and offer higher prize money than existing challenges.

Larson's controversial victory

Kyle competed in and won the High Limit series, which had a minimum of $23,023 and a maximum of $50,000 as the prize money. Some fans argued that he took away the opportunity from other struggling sprint racers who could have benefited from the exposure and the money.
