Tyler Reddick Dethrones Chase Elliott as the New “Road Course King” in Bubba Wallace’s Eyes

This 2023 season will see a number of drivers getting along with new teams and teammates. Since Kurt Busch stepped away from racing this season, Wallace has found a teammate in two-time NASCAR Xfinity Series winner Tyler Reddick.

Bubba’s new teammate

Bubba said that both Tyler and he are relatively new to the Cup Series and are in the process of learning together. He appreciated Reddick and even called him the Road Course King. This is despite the fact that the title of Road Course King is generally bestowed upon Chase Elliott.

What did Bubba say?

“We are both learning the in’s and out’s of what it takes. And he was really good at a lot of tracks last year with this new car and so we can talk about things. And he was a road course king last year. So we are helping each other hand in hand, excited to have Tyler. He’s fast, he’s hungry so we share a lot of same similarities.”

23XI’s expectations from Bubba

Bubba Wallace has only won two races in his career till now. But his boss, Denny Hamlin, believes he has a lot of potential. Hamlin thinks this new season will be a breakthrough for Wallace and he could win a few races this year.
