Nature’s call can get the best of everyone, and NASCAR drivers aren’t immune to that call, having to do their business in the suits. But there’re some drivers like Chase Elliott who have battled such urges and come out of it unsoiled.
Chase Elliott takes pride in never having let his bladder get the best of him as he testified the same on the Heidi and Frank Morning Show.
“Hey, I am very proud, to this juncture of my career, I have not had to. I have not had to make that happen. […] Like I was saying about the environment being so hot. You’re sweating so much that yeah, typically you can’t drink enough. Throughout the day, you can’t hardly keep up with what you’re sweating.”
“If you can hold it, you hold it. If you can’t hold it, you go. It’s not too often that this happens because the car is real hot and you sweat a lot and you basically lose all your water weight through sweating, so your bladder never fills up.”
