Elon Musk’s Twitter Encounters with LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal, Mark Cuban, and Other Stars

Twitter is one of those platforms which people use to voice their opinions. It is a platform where news and other important updates of famous personalities get released first. And people then engage themselves by tweeting about those updates. Twitter can be used for various reasons, from checking news to getting entertainment updates. Recently, Elon Musk finally took this platform over, ending months of legal wrangling. Here's how the NBA world reacted to the news.

Following Musk's joke after taking over Twitter- entering the Twitter headquarters in California carrying a sink, implying the pun “let that sink in!”, Shaquille O'Neal replied, “Excited to see what you accomplish here.”

James’ tweet read: “I don't know Elon Musk and, tbh, I could care less who owns twitter. But I will say that if this[the increase of hate speech after Musk's takeover] is true, I hope he and his people take this very seriously because this is scary AF. So many damn unfit people saying hate speech is free speech.”

The NBA star Luka Doncic recently talked about the controversy surrounding Twitter and he said he preferred chess over it.

Twitter Blue check subscriptions will allow any user to become verified on Twitter for $8 a month. The change, according to Cuban, “killed the most valuable part of Twitter, the ability to quickly and easily find information from sources I have chosen to trust.”
