Candace gets real about WNBA with Draymond Green

In the recent episode of the draymond green podcast, Candace Parker talked about her teammate Candace Parker brought up her teammate, Kelsey Plum, who recently stated that she was seeking equal revenue sharing rather than equal pay for NBA players. Draymond brought up the subject and inquired about her thoughts. Parker expressed her views on the subject and agreed with Kelsey.

“What’s happening now is, as a league, a lot of times we’re setting ourselves up to look like a charity. We’re paying our coaches more than our star players. We’re paying our GMS more than our star players. And so, then what does that say about the product? Right?" said Parker.

Draymond questioned Candace about the GWOAT—the best WNBA player of all time—during the same interview. She said it was cheryll Miller and explained her reasons.

 “I’m a big era person. I feel like the GOAT is who you aspire to be like, right? When you’re in your driveway and you’re trying to be like that person. And I watched a lot of tape, and my dad was big on Cheryl Miller.”
