8 Days After Declining $13,000,000, LeBron James’ Former Teammate Set to Join Forces With Draymond Green in a Thriving West Team

This year's NBA offseason has already presented numerous shocks. But a lot of well-known figures are still changing. NBA veterans and rookie talents sometimes wind up on the same team thanks to the NBA Draught. The head coaches will then need to deal with it, of course. Another scenario is that two erratic players end up on the same squad. There has been some talk of a former colleague of LeBron James joining Draymond Green on one of the league's most entertaining squads.

Draymond Green might have a former Lakers star as his teammate

According to senior NBA journalist Jake Fisher, Kyle Kuzma may join the Sacramento Kings, where he would play with Draymond Green. In the discussions regarding players being led to the Sacramento Kings, Fisher claimed that the moniker has gained quite a bit of'momentum'.

Alongside LeBron and Anthony Davis, Kuzma became a member of the Los Angeles Lakers in 2017, and he played a significant role in the team's 2020 championship victory. But in 2021, he was exchanged for Russell Westbrook and sent to the Washington Wizards.

Following a breakout campaign in 2017, Kumza turned down a $13 million player offer and went unsigned in search of a higher salary.

If and when Kuzma signs with the Kings, he may join the likes of Draymond Green, a four-time NBA champion. The four-time All-Star began playing in the NBA in 2012 and has only ever represented the Golden State Warriors.
