Cheers and congratulations quickly rippled over the golf course when Stephen Curry claimed the ACC championship. During the press conference, a reporter enquired as to whether he intended to give up basketball in favour of golf. Curry responded to the question, "Life is good," after being taken aback by it. He had the salary in mind. In a recent interview with Today.com, he addressed "the question" honestly even if he had previously avoided it.
When asked whether he has ever thought about retirement, he said, “You do start thinking about it… But I m giving myself all those chances to be successful.” Moreover, Steph also shed light on the practicality aspect of an athlete’s life.
He added, “But you know the ball’s gonna stop bouncing at some point.” However, as a relief to his fans, he said, “It’s something not anytime soon.”
Steph participated in several interviews as he promoted his documentary. In one of these interviews, the interviewer questioned Steph about if he still gets anxious after 15 NBA seasons. The Chef replied, “I feel like that’s- if I don’t get nervous or adrenaline, that’ll be the sign that I need to quit.”
