In contrast to their prior performances, the Miami Heat put forth a valiant effort in game 5 and held a commanding lead after three quarters. Jimmy Butler's crew gave it their all, but they fell short of the goal. On the other side, the Denver team created an impenetrable defence that the Heat hardly managed to breach.
