NASCAR fans complaining about the bad quality of broadcasting is not a new thing. However, recently, Dale Earnhardt Jr. has also joined the bandwagon of this particular criticism of the sport. Here, let's take a deeper look at Earnhardt's views about the same.
Earnhardt Jr spoke against the lack of good interviews and the lack of post-race interviews on TV in general and how how “everyone is scrambling” to get off the air once the race ends.
He also pointed out that NASCAR is not important to the big networks that broadcast it so they are in a hurry to get it off the air.
Earnhardt pointed out the lack of interviews for drivers other than the winner. “I think we gotta find a way to at least give ourselves that 15 minutes-half hour to do this the proper way, to get all the right guys interviewed,” he said.
