A look into the mansions owned by tom brady

Along with being one of the most successful players in history, Tom Brady is also the one who likes to buy new properties. Here are the top estates he has bought and sold till now.

Billionaire Bunker

Last year, Brady bought a place for $17 million on one of the most exclusive enclaves in the world, The Indian Creek in Miami. Brady’s neighbours here include the likes of billionaires Carl Icahn, Norman Braman, and Latin pop sensation Julio Iglesias.

Sky High

A private elevator leads into this high-rise apartment, which occupies an entire floor in New York’s Flatiron District. With floor-to-ceiling windows, three bedrooms and wraparound views of Manhattan, there’s also a white marble island in the kitchen.

Where it all began

Brady’s parents bought a four-bedroom home in San Mateo in 1977 and have reportedly lived in it ever since. That house is currently worth more than $2 million, according to Zillow estimates, likely an order of magnitude more than they purchased it for.

Downtown Mobility

This condo has five bedrooms which is situated in Perched on the twelfth floor of a Robert A.M. Stern-designed building in Tribeca.  But this one is sold now as the couple is shifting to their new mansion in Florida.

The $32.5 million Brookline mansion

This 12,112-square-foot estate in Brookline, Massachusetts, was home for Brady and his family during his time with the New England Patriots. But he eventually sold it after shifting to Tampa.
