Positive Medical Report Brings Delight to $4.6 Billion Dolphins’ Empire and 24-Year-Old WR

It is heart-breaking for any NFL enthusiast to witness a player suffer on the field. Daewood Davis, a Dolphins receiver, was recently released from the hospital after sustaining an injury during the team's preseason finale game on Saturday. Medical reports reveal only good news for Davis and the team.

Dolphins rookie Daewood Davis' terrifying incident

The 24-year-old undrafted rookie  Davis, who had established a reputation for being a speedster, suffered a frightening head injury and lay motionless during the Dolphins' preseason finale against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He had to be placed on a backboard and carted away.

Tense moments for the team and young wide receiver

According to the Dolphins, Davis was taken to Jacksonville's Baptist Medical Center for a thorough check-up and kept under observation. He was conscious and able to move all his extremities, but had to spend the night in Jacksonville before returning to South Florida.

Happy news for Dolphins team and fans

Compared to Elijah Campbell and Damar Hamlin, Davis' injury was less severe. On Sunday morning, the Dolphins issued a statement announcing Daewood's release from the Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville and his travel back home with the team.
