Tom Brady’s Ex-Wife Gisele Bündchen Once Kicked Out an Injurious Habit to Bring Back Her Positive Energy

Gisele Bündchen, Tom Brady's former wife, is known for leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She’s currently one of the fittest models around the world, despite being 42 years old. However, it was not always a cakewalk for her, as she developed a bad habit along the way. She talked about getting rid of this habit, which could have destroyed her life.

Gisele Bündchen’s healthy lifestyle

Previously, Bündchen revealed in many interviews that she has been doing mediation from an early age. Yoga is one of her favorite mantras to stay active and fit, along with a healthy diet. So, how did she get into a bad habit?

 Bündchen’s injurious habit

In her book, ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’, she revealed that she used to smoke cigarettes trying to look cool or trying to fit in. “Life was showing me something, and its message couldn’t have been clearer… I told myself that if I was having trouble breathing, it might be a good idea to stop smoking. Whenever I wanted to fit in somewhere or try to look cool, I’d light one up,” she wrote in her book.

How did she quit smoking?

“Now I told myself the cigarettes had to go. So I stopped. Just like that… I began running, too, thirty minutes every morning, even when it was raining or snowing. It was partly to help with not smoking, but mostly to form a healthier habit. Nothing makes you feel your lungs more than a good hard run,” she further wrote in her memoir.
