Years Before Tom Brady Divorce, Gisele Bündchen Painfully Remembered These Life-Changing Words

Last year in October, Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady went through hell in their personal lives, as they got separated after 13 years of marriage. However, before marrying Brady, she had plenty of relationships, which tormented her even more. During those tough days, she remembered life-changing words from a friend.

Bündchen’s awful experiences in past relationships

During her relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio, she was having constant panic attacks. While speaking to Vogue in 2019, she talked about suppressing her anxiety. She also wrote in her book, ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’, about trying to get rid of her unhealthy habits, like smoking and drinking. After a bunch of failed relationships, she finally met the love of her life, Tom Brady, in 2006.

Bündchen’s relationship with Brady

After tying the knot in 2009, Bündchen and Brady shared two children, Benjamin and Vivian. They were a happy family. However, Brady’s football career reportedly got in the way of their family life. Notably, Brady came back to NFL just 40 days after announcing his retirement in 2022, which caused a stir in Brady’s personal life. Eventually, Brady and Bündchen got separated in October last year, after 13 years of marriage.

In her book, ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’, she said, “A wise friend of mine once told me something I’ve never forgotten. Gisele, he said, you have to give people the dignity of their own process. I think about those words a lot.” Bündchen probably used this mantra in Brady’s case, as both of them are having good times without each other. Moreover, they are spending quality time with their kids as well.
