Arnold Schwarzenegger

Arnie once helped and empathize with his fan who was going through depression and anxiety. He said, “Please don’t be that hard on yourself. We all go through challenges; we all go through failure. Sometimes life is a workout." He later even shared a video to check up on his fan.

Michael Phelps

The most successful and most decorated Olympian of all time once opened on his struggles with anxiety and mental health. He said, “I felt like I didn’t want to be alive anymore and I felt for me that I was causing a lot of stress and issues for other people around me, so I thought the best thing for me to do was just leave."

Tyson Fury

The two-time world heavyweight champion Tyson opened during the promotional event and said, “there’s more to life than being the richest man in the graveyard.” He went on to express his past struggles with depression, which led to a two-and-a-half-year break from boxing.
