Conor McGregor drops a savage remark on WWE Move weeks after beef with Paul Heyman

After being out of action for nearly two years, Conor McGregor is targeting a UFC return later this year. He has already completed filming season 31 of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ against prospective opponent Michael Chandler.

Conor Mcgregor was quick to respond to the news, and he teased a WWE run and got into a verbal scuffle with Paul Heyman on social media.

Paul Heyman Takes a Jibe Back at Conor McGregor

"I'm not a grandfather but I appreciate the fact that I am old enough to be, number one. And that I am still thriving on top. I would like to see if Conor McGregor at 57 is still thriving at the very top of his entire industry. We'll see if he's even relevant, we'll see if he even lives to 57 with his lifestyle, number two. Number three, it is not that he tweeted to me, I picked the fight with him. Let's be honest about this," said Paul Heyman.

This resounding ‘No’ from the Irishman is surprising, considering he has teased going to the WWE several times in the past. He even engaged in a spat with Paul Heyman during the merger and tweeted “Careful Grampa. I’ll show up and break your jaw in 3 places.”

McGregor says he has NO interest in joining the WWE

On the bright side, fans can rest easy knowing that McGregor is focused on his UFC return. Meanwhile, another huge UFC star recently found himself entangled in the WWE sphere without having done anything to invite their attention.

‘The Notorious’ met some of his fans outside his hotel recently. Before going in, the former UFC double champion signed autographs and answered some questions from his supporters.
