Oliveira's training routine is divided into two parts morning and evening. He exercises at least five days a week, with three to four hours of training every day.

'Do Bronx' to improve his muscle strength does a full-body workout routine in the morning, where he performs machine weight exercises with no rest in between the sets.
'Do Bronx' is a third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. Therefore, he puts in hours inside the gym to hone his grappling and submission skills.
To prepare him mentally and physically for his battles, 'Do Bronx' does ample sparring with his training partners in the evening.
