Major Update on Nate Diaz’s 5 month old street fight: DA clears the UFC legend of all charges



In April, Nate Diaz was involved in a street brawl in New Orleans with Logan Paul lookalike Rodney Peterson. The incident caught the online attention, and its legal status recently came to the fore. Diaz had attended a Misfits Boxing 6 event to support his teammate Chris Avila against Paul Bamba. Peterson claimed he suffered a head injury after the MMA star choked him unconscious on a sidewalk. 

The verdict on Nate's April scuffle

Diaz's April altercation was deemed to be an act of self-defense on the part of the MMA fighter. 

Zach Rosenfeld calls the incident a publicity stunt


Rosenfield, the representative of Diaz, appreciated the Orleans Parish District Attorney's decision, even though he was critical of Peterson. He said, "Nate has a right to defend himself against those who want to make a name for themselves and did so."
