22-Year-Old Loses His Life While Swimming Back to Shore in Another Drowning Tragedy in Lake Lanier

One of America's most dangerous lakes, Lake Lanier, has taken about 70 lives with its murky waters, making it difficult for swimmers to get hold of the undertows and the strong currents below the water. 22-year-old becomes another victim to Lake Lanier's wrath

On Monday, a 22-year-old boy named Brayan Tarasona lost his life while swimming back to the shore with his two friends. Bryan went under and never returned.

The attempt to save young Brayan's life

The Hall County Fire rescue department received a call about the possible drowning on Monday evening, after which the victim was located using Sonar and taken to a hospital. However, Brayan died on the same night due to his critical condition.

Another month, another death in same part of Lake Lanier

The area in which Brayan's death occurred is Van Hugh Park, the same as the drowning area of boat mechanic Leonardo Martinez who disappeared while swimming on July 29, 2023.
