California's Surfing Talent Takes Center Stage at Sunset Beach Surf Competition

The WSL Championship tour is going on in full swing, with young saplings performing extremely well and securing podium positions. In last week's WSL surfing event, California's surfers marked their presence by finishing in the top tier positions in both men's and women's categories.

California's San Clemente surfers Filipe Toledo and Griffin Colapinto finished first and second in the last week's Hurley Pro Sunset Beach event.

California dominated the women's event also

Colapinto's townsfolk Caroline Marks finished as runner-up in the women's category of the Hurley Pro Sunset Beach event.
