The death of an excellent athlete and NBL star Kobe Bryant was a tragic loss for the whole of the world. However, the pain of Kobe's death most stung Arnold Schwarzenegger's family, where his ex-wife Maria Shriver has still not come to terms with Black Mamba's death.

"He was the ultimate girl dad. He made it something to be — to honor, to be proud of. It changes how girls grow up." said Arnold Schwarzenegger's ex-wife Maria Shriver while remembering the Basketball legend Kobe Bryant.


Maria Shriver's family's emotional attachment with Kobe

Schwarzenegger's ex-wife and his whole family are Lakers fans from the start. According to Maria Shriver, her son Christopher was the one who was most attached to Kobe.

"I know it will take a long time. My older son immersed himself in watching Kobe's videos, looking for wisdom and looking for life lessons," said Maria Shriver on dealing with pain after Kobe's and his daughter's death.
