Chris Evert has achieved an immense amount of success on the court. She is America’s one of best tennis players and people still love and adore her. However, things have not been that wonderful on the relationship end. The player recently expressed her regret over leaving her second husband Andy Mill for Greg Norman. Things did not pan out great with her third husband and eventually, they both got divorced in 2008.

Evert married her first husband John Lloyd in 1979, however, they got divorced in 1987. After that, she married Alpine skier Andy Mill in 1988 and eventually got divorced in 2006. This was because she had been smitten by Australian golfer Greg Norman. Evert has time and again accepted that she should not have done that.
Recently, she commented on an old comment that reminded her of the mistake she did.
She had commented on a picture where Andy Mill had accompanied Evert for her second chemotherapy in February. The fan tweeted, “You never should have left him,” in February. Evert replied to the tweet stating, “You’re right…”
The divorce was rough for Evert.
The divorce from her second husband was something that eventually took a toll on her mental health. After she divorced Greg Norman after two years of their marriage, she was suffering mentally. She took professional help to get through that and now is on cordial terms with Andy Mill, who lives 15 minutes from her home.

Evert boasted about her mental strength on the court because that was something she felt she was born with. She stayed calm and hardly showed any emotions on the court. However, her failed relationships broke her after her third marriage. But it would be wrong to say that she stayed the same. Like a phoenix, Evert regained control of her life.
