During the fight between Lesnar and Big Show at Survivor Series 2002, Lesnar executed a perfect F5 when Heyman interfered with the pin. All the chaos that was caused gave Big Show enough time to recover and beat Lesnar with a chair attack to win the WWE title.

Shawn Michaels unintentionally ruined Kevin Nash's perfect 5 on 1 advantage for the final pinfall by super kicking Diesel at Survivor Series 1994. Furious because of this, Nash lost his cool and thrashed every teammate of his while chasing Michaels.

Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles

Shane McMahon asked Ambrose and Styles to come together for Survivor Series 2016. A brawl broke out between the duo allowing Braun Strowman to eliminate Ambrose. Ambrose returned afterward joining forces with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins for a mini Shield attack destroying Styles.

Authority vs Team Cena

At Survivor Series 2014, Big Show betrayed Team Cena by beating everyone on the team and pinning John Cena.
