If there is one name that all modern WWE fans love, it is John Cena. The 16-time World Champion has dazzled audiences repeatedly with his raw power and charm, and has even become a very successful actor with hit series like ‘Peacemaker’ to his credit. However, one question that has baffled fans for the past few years is whether Cena has retired from pro-wrestling.

During a Q&A session at Comic-Con Wales, Cena attempted to give a realistic answer regarding his retirement. “I’m not done in the ring, but I’m not certain that that’s in the cards,” said Cena, reflecting on his momentous career in the WWE. The Champ last fought during a non-televised match in Madison Square Garden. Teaming up with Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik, Cena emerged victorious over The Bloodline.

When asked about retirement, Cena gave an introspective and realistic reply. “I know I’m not done in the ring, but I am realistic with where I’m at in my life, and I’m 45, and I can tell you from being a 16-time champion, it is very tough to win, and the top of that mountain is a young man’s game,” remarked Cena.
