Anthony Joshua does running, stretching, and then three gym sessions at about 11.30 am, 1.30 pm, and 5.30 pm. He follows this schedule five days a week and rests on weekends.

Joshua’s training schedule consists of heavy-weight exercises and compound movements. He also does neck rolls, that focus on arching the body.
