Rodriguez has built a vast portfolio

Rodriguez has built a vast portfolio through his company, A-Rod Corp, investing in at least 62 companies including the likes of Dick’s Sporting Goods, investment app Acorns, speaker maker JBL and virtual concert platform Wave.

 

A-Rod has teamed up with Walmart

On top of that, A-Rod has teamed up with former Walmart head of ecommerce Marc Lore to start a firm called VCP.

“I like to stay in my circle of competence,”

A-Rod added

“I really like to invest in what I really know. When I understand, I like to go narrow and deep, not wide and shallow.”
