Founded in 1998, the Tampa Bay Rays are a younger team compared to the others on the list. However, they made it to the World Series twice with their first pennant in 2008 and the second in 2020.

The Rockies, founded in 1993, have never made it past the divisional round except when they won the National League pennant once in 2007.

Established in 1977, the Mariners are the only team to have never won an American League pennant, let alone make it to the World Series.
