Kyle Busch is still in the headlines over the uncertainty of his future with the #18 car. In a recent episode of Door Bumper Clear, 23XI Racing’s spotter, Freddie Kraft talked about the absence of the #18 driver from the recent Martinsville test.
Wallace’s spotter said, “I thought it was interesting that Kyle and Kurt. obviously, Kurt couldn’t be there, kyle could be there, but he wasn’t. kyle was the only playoff driver not at the Martinsville test and that told me a lot about him not being in the #18 car.”
In addition to this, the spotter also said, “I’m favoring Chevy a little bit more than Toyota. I don’t think he’s going on a Ford. I think it’s Chevrolet and I’m favoring a Chevrolet. but it’s very possible he could end up in the #45.”
