During the recent Truck race at Martinsville, Hocevar right-hooked Tanner Gray during the race. This led to NASCAR penalizing him with a two-lap penalty. However, last year, for a similar incident with Kyle Larson, Bubba Wallace was given a one-race suspension.
“I went fishing on my weekend off … seen it, and yeah, bad deal, so talk about being consistent, speeds don’t matter because I don’t care if its 180 or whatever, it’s still the right rear.”
“Hey, I’m good with being the example if we can keep this consistent moving forward because it’s happened multiple times this year and it’s something that may continue to happen you know, for other drivers down the road,” Wallace said as per US News.
“I definitely learned my lesson, but we have to be consistent with this no matter if it’s here at Martinsville or if it’s at Daytona or Talladega.”
