The Denver Broncos are preparing to take on the Tennessee Titans in week 10 on Sunday Night Football. But they have a list of players down with illness. When asked about the nature of illness of the concerning players, the Broncos’ head coach Nathaniel Hackett downplayed it by an evasive statement. 

What Nathaniel Hackett said on it?

“It’s just an illness,”

Nathaniel Hackett added

“They just have an illness. There’s a lot of illness going around everywhere. My kids’ schools, everywhere,”

Nathaniel Hackett was adamant about not giving any information

The reporters wanted to know if these said players were down with COVID, but Hackett was adamant about not giving any information. The last player to officially be unavailable due to COVID was the Seattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny. That was during the preseason.
