“Have to Melt”: Glorifying the Prowess of SF 49ERS’ QB Brock Purdy, Coach Candidly Reveals a Dominance Jeopardising Aspect

There is a lot of drama going on with the San Francisco 49ers’ quarterback situation just before the season is about to begin. A few names from the team have made headlines recently for different reasons, and one of them is their rookie player Brock Purdy.

49ers’ coach Kyle Shanahan was worried about Purdy's recovery

San Francisco 49ers Brock Purdy had tore the UCL in his right elbow in the first quarter of the NFC Championship Game, and coach Kyle Shanahan was concerned about his recovery from his offseason elbow surgery. It was expected that Prudy would be back healthy and be the team’s starting quarterback this season.

Purdy spent his time properly recovering his elbow so that his contribution in the upcoming season would be as expected. Last season, Purdy threw for 1,374 yards and 13 touchdowns with just four interceptions in five regular-season starts before leading the 49ers to the NFC title game.

Coach Kyle Shanahan's candid revelation about Purdy

Sports Illustrated shared on Instagram that coach Kyle is very convinced about his starting quarterback Purdy. Shanahan expressed his view about the rookie and said, “He would have to melt in practice to lose it. And Brock’s too good of a player to melt in practice.”
