To improve his cardio vascularity, Moreno does a lot of skipping, treadmill runs, assault cycling, and vertical climbers inside the gym. 

Striking

'The Assassin Baby' has gradually improved his striking game during his time in UFC. And to hone his skills, Moreno does ample mitts hitting and heavy bag workouts. 

Strength and conditioning


The Mexican champion prefers doing cross-fit exercises inside the gym to strengthen and condition his muscles.
