Paddy Pimblett is all set to step into the Octagon against Kazula Vargas at UFC London on March 19, 2022. Before the bout takes place, let's take a look at Pimblett's training routine.
Paddy Pimblett told BBC that he eats around 6,000 calories per day during his off-season but gives himself time to cut down his weight before the next bout to compete in the weight category cutting down all the junk from his diet and eating clean.
Pimblett focuses on improving his wrestling, boxing, kicking and jiu-jitsu during his training regime. According to the British fighter, his jiu-jitsu is already world-class, but he is still trying to improve it further.
Pimblett performs various types of cardiovascular activities along with a calorie deficit to get the job done.
Paddy also performs heavy weight training exercises to build and strengthen his muscles.
Pimblett undergoes a fixed physiotherapy session as a part of his post-training routine.
