52-Year-Old Suffers From Lower Leg Shark Bite in an Oblivious Incident at California Beach

Weeks after the report of the missing person in the San Francisco Bay area, another shark attack incident came to light. A 52-year-old got bitten in the lower leg by a shark at a California beach. Check out the following story to know more about the latest shark attack incident.

An incognizant shark attack

The unidentified 52-year-old was surfing at the Linda Mar Beach in Pacifica when something bit his lower leg. Although he couldn't see it, he suspected it was a shark. The man managed to get out of the water and called for help.


A Swift Response

Around 3:45, the surfer called for medical assistance. The Pacifica police department, North County Fire Department, and medical team arrived immediately to his rescue. He was transported to the hospital and treated for the injury. 

Warning signs placed

Warning signs have been placed at the beach to alert the public about possible shark presence in the water. Additionally, the public is notified to contact the Pacifica Police Department with any relevant information.
