He started working out as a teenager and won multiple titles by the age of 19. At 20 he won the Mr. Universe, becoming the youngest to do so.

His Mr. Universe title got him a ticket to the USA at 21 in 1968

At the age of 22 he lost to Sergio Oliva in Mr. Olympia 1969 and starred in first movie, Hercules in New York.

He won his first Mr. Olympia at 23 in 1970

He returned to the Mr. Olympia stage in 1980 and won his last title at 33

At 57 Arnold became the governor of California and withdrew from acting
