Vonn had a fair share of depression due to her parent's divorce and after that, she also lost her loved ones in 2020. This completely broke Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey Vonn reveals how she dealt with mental pain

“Honestly, it’s not much different now as it was then. It’s something I have to work on and figure out how to stay in a good place mentally. Working out helps me a lot."

Talking about the loss of her mother and other family members, Lindsey added, "I lost my mother, my grandmother, and my dog last year, so I understand. Talking to my therapist helped me the most.”

Vonn made a special request to her fans

Talking about the times when he got irritated with continuous failures and depression, Vonn urged the fans to be empathetic while talking to others.
