‘Some people wanted to see my real workout from the Golden Era. I want to give a serious warning. If you haven’t been training for a really long time, this isn’t a good idea,’ says Schwarzenegger.

 Deadlifts and Superset 1

Deadlifts x3 sets with 10, 8, and 6 reps. Superset 1- Chin-ups x10, Inclined DB  Press x15, 12, 8, and 6 reps. Do 4 sets of supersets.

Supersets 2 and 3

Do 4 sets each of superset.
Superset 2- Bench Press x15, 12, 8, and 6 reps, Pullups x15 reps.
Superset 3- DB flys x10 reps, Bent-over barbell rows x12 reps.

Tri-set- 1

Do 4 sets of Tri-set.
Barbell pull-over x15 reps, Dips x failure, DB flys x12 to x15 reps. 


Tri-set- 2

Do 4 sets of Tri-set.
Seated Cable Rows x10 reps, Single Arm Bent Over Rows x10 to 12 reps, DB pullovers x15 reps.
