One of Garcia's main goals for his training is to achieve explosive strength. Thus, he does a lot of explosive bodyweight exercises, such as squat jumps, frog squat jumps, concentric box jumps, and more.
In his boxing sessions, Garcia does a lot of mitt work, heavy bag workouts, shadow boxing, sparring, and more.
