It's a monumental achievement in the life cycle of a game that in itself was a monumental success. And people are no doubt celebrating it by playing GTA V online.
Developer Rockstar Games took it upon themselves to develop this game by giving away a bunch of new outfits to online players. Also giving players a bunch of extra rewards depending on missions they complete.
