Just a few days after bidding goodbye to the Warriors and signing with the Brooklyn Nets, Kevin Durant also sold his $12.5 million California beach house.
This three-level beach house was bought by him a year before selling it in 2019 and is still one of the fanciest purchases he has ever made.
So, this is a house tour you don't want to miss.
Located on Broad Beach, this is a 3,423 sq ft, four-bedroom, and six-bathroom house. Durant paid $12.05 million for this luxurious place.

From high ceilings to french oak floors, this house was remodelled back in 2013. It has a kitchen, dining area, library, media room, and an elevator that provides access to all three floors.

Skylights, floor to ceiling glass walls and a hot tub in the outdoor deck, along with the glass-walled bathroom all have a view of the Pacific Ocean.

Not only does it have a home office but also a wine cellar for all the partying. Also, there is surround sound throughout the house. If a beach house, isn't a party house then why buy it, right?
