NFL 2021 Mock Draft: Possible landing spots for the top 5 wide receivers

The 2021 NFL draft class has plenty of high-flying wide receivers to look out for. We take a look at the five top talents of the position and project their possible landing spots ahead the upcoming NFL season.

Rashod Bateman
Baltimore Ravens

Minnesota's Rashod Bateman isn't the fastest WR in the 2021 NFL draft class. But what he lacks in pace, he make up for with intelligent route running. The Baltimore Ravens with QB Lamar Jackson should target Bateman.

Elijah Moore
Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have two first round picks. With the franchise almost surely picking QB Trevor Lawrence with the first overall pick, drafting Ole Miss' Elijah Moore would give their new QB a physical WR who can make some stunning catches.

Jaylen Waddle
Philadelphia Eagles

Though Alabama's Jaylen Waddle missed most of the 2020 season through injury, he remains one of the highest rated WRs in this season's draft class. We project the Eagles to make a run for him to help QB Jalen Hurts' production.

DeVonta Smith
Detroit Lions

2020 Heisman winner DeVonta Smith is yet another Alabama product to feature on this list. Elusive, quick, and with some of the safest pair of hands, the Detroit Lions could benefit by drafting the WR to link up with Jared Goff.

Ja'Maar Chase
Cincinnati Bengals

We believe a reunion is on the cards for LSU's Joe Burrow & Ja'Maar Chase. The QB-WR duo tore up the college circuit in 2019-20 and Cincinnati Bengals fans will wish for more of the same from the dynamic duo in the NFL.
