New Orleans Saints WR Goes Beast Mode, Lifting 530 Pounds, in Preparation for 2023 Season

New Orleans Saints team had a pretty poor season last year, as they finished the season with a losing record. On the other hand, they missed their All-Pro wide receiver, Michael Thomas, due to an injury. After missing most of the season, the WR is coming back with a vengeance, as he goes into beast mode.

Thomas had a toe injury last season

After missing the entire 2021 season due to an ankle injury, Thomas made his return in the 2022 season and gave plenty of hope to the Saints team. Unfortunately, he suffered a toe injury in week 3 and had to undergo surgery, which forced him out for the rest of the season.

Thomas lasted only 3 games last season

Last season, Thomas played only 3 games for the Saints. In those three games, he recorded 171 receiving yards for 3 touchdowns. After his injury, the Saints lost momentum and finished the season with a 7-10 record.

A video recently surfaced on the internet, where Thomas was deadlifting 530 ponds. The video went viral, and it seems like he has recovered well from his toe injury and is ready to go in the new season.
