The UFC color commentator and the 'JRE' podcast host Joe Rogan has worked over the years to keep his body fit and strong. He keeps training as a daily part of his routine. His body transformation back in 2021 is something to be looked upon and appreciated.

Rogan lost 12 lbs by following the strict carnivore diet, cutting out vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, and seeds which helped him attain the jacked body.

Along with keeping a track of his diet intake, Rogan spends hours training for strength. He is trained in several forms of fighting which is an added bonus to his great build with tremendous power.

Over the years, the UFC commentator has been following a strict carnivore diet and intensely working out to keep himself fit. His diet mostly consists of eating only meat, fish, eggs, and other animal products.
