On July 23, Cedillo's mount  Get the Gold, was bumped hard by Silver N Black, causing Get the Gold to pinball with rivals and clip heels and throw Cedillo.

DRF Reports Cedillo fractured a bone in the neck, but will not need surgery. However, he faces four to six weeks of physical therapy.

On the other hand, Silver N Black, who had initially finished fourth, was disqualified because of the contact with Get the Gold. In the end, Cowboy Mike was placed first.
